To whom it may concern....I was having computer issues before I came across Shawn, my computer was locking up, slow, browser was crashing when on sites, screen flashing and just all around was not up to par. I allowed Shawn to access my computer via remote assistance, I was amazed at not only this process but how fast he worked doing so. As i watched Shawn on my screen as he went through step by step watching him install the programs needed to protect my computer, i was totally amazed to find not only was I not protected as i had thought I was but found numerous issues,and viruses on my computer. Shawn walked through every step on teaching me how to use the new programs installed and was very helpful in any or all questions asked of him.

My computer is 5 or 6 years old but thanks to Shawns knowledge in computers and his helpful tips, instruction and time my computer is now running like it should. thanks again. & he even checks back with me periodically to make sure things are still doing well.

I like many people thought I was safe using a free ant-virus for protection on my computer. Shawn told me that I was not protected using this program and that it allowed a lot of things to go undetected, but also took the time to help me download a new anti-virus for free that is detecting things, and other programs to protect my computer while I surf the Internet. I was amazed after running a scan on my computer to find so many files infected while using the original free anti-virus. Shawn has the patience and great knowledge in computers, and how to fix any problems that may be causing your computer to run sluggish. Without Shawn's help, I would have been lost, and may have had to buy a new computer down the road, because my computer was not protected properly. Thanks to Shawn and his expertise, my computer is now running at optimal speed and with no glitches.

My computer was running very slow, and was having problems with it crashing, reloading ect. Shawn suggested it may be a virus problem, and guided and helped me through every stage to help resolve this. He started by helping me to install some new anti-virus programs, and I was amazed at what was found.

I found that i didnt just have one virus on my pc but many infections on different files, obviously this was recoverable due to Shawns knowledge and simple instructions .

I was surprised to find the free anti-virus program i had previously installed prior to shawn's tutorial, had not only let infections in go undetected ,but had also let them remain.

my pc is running smoothly now no glitches i would recommend shawns advice, help and experience to everyone, as he has a lot of patience and understanding and clear helpful instructions, and put in many hours of his time into helping me.

I was running an anti-virus program thinking that I was protected.   Shawn helped me step by step to get what i needed.


I was shocked when I ran this for the first time to discover not only was I not protected with this anti-virus program I was using, but I had virus"s on my computer that was never detected.  Shawn helped me get rid of the virus"s and clean up my computer, it is running great now and  the programs are so easy to run.

I mistakenly uninstalled a program that my daughter needed for school.  Shawn found the program that I uninstalled and even found an additional program that has different type of help tools for her educational needs.  He was very patient with me and so helpful installing the program that I needed (didn't even know what it was before) in order to open and use the office programs.  He helped me download and install all necessary programs needed to assist my daughter with her needs. 

Shawn makes this easily understandable, and very quick in answering your questions.  It is really nice to be able to come to someone with my questions and not have the feeling of being talked "down" to when getting the help you need.
